The song my group are going with is sung by Tove Lo who is part of the record label 'Island Records'. Island Records is owned by their parent company, DeafJam Records and Universal Group. Therefore, I will be directing the email to DeafJam Records. This is because Universal Music Group is too high up and may not be concerned with my small artist using a song produced by their label.
