Throughout our music video your are unable to see the face of our artist. We do this due to the fact that our artist is selling her music rather than her image. Furthermore our song is in the genre of dance meaning our artist doesn't need to show her sexuality or create a male gaze. This is also shown through other artist like Galantis and Daft Punk. They too create dance anthems and fail to show their faces at their shows and their videos. In addition the artist Sia was able to sell her music rather than her image or sexuality. She created further mystery by not revealing her true identity, something we hope to achieve with our music video. Although dance can be synthetic, by not revealing her face we create an enigma of an organic artist.
