Designing the tour poster

When it came to creating the poster, we gave the task to Max as it is something he enjoys and he has had experience with Photoshop before. Max began with a blank 500x1000 pixel template of a plain background  He then inserted an image of a graffiti wall in Shoreditch and then placed Lucy sitting down on the pavement resting her back against the graffiti wall. Max created a new layer adjustment on the image in order to place Lucy on the wall looking like she was always there . He then colour corrected the photo making it look mor realistic and abstract. He added an outer glow to Lucy to make it stand out in the middle of the poster. Finally, Max added a list of tour dates, and then added the final section regarding the artists name and where she is touring.
